Once we receive Customer’s Layout Drawing, we will pick up Pipes and prepare Isometric Drawing or One Piece Drawing of Pipes for our manufacturing and your checking. We can flexibly revise Drawings according to the revision of Layout during consrtuction. We will discuss with our customer, how to devide the pipe line into the pieces of pipes considering effective way of prefabricating and effective installation of pipes at site.

After we ship our Prefabricated Pipes, Installation of pipes at site is very easy, just bolting Flanges to connect pipes. For the connection part between Prefabricated Pipes and other pipe line or machines, there should have site adjustment. For the site adjustment purpose, we can prefab the pipes quickly once we are given the measurement of pipes required for adjustment. Prefabricated Pipes are beautiful and will service its purpose for ages without failure.
